How should I store my Juicy Marbles products?
Our products are shipped chilled and should be kept in the refrigerator upon arrival. Please check the 'best before' date on the packaging for specific shelf life.
Can I freeze the meat if I'm not ready to cook it?
Yes, you can freeze our products for up to 3 months. For the best texture and flavor, we recommend thawing them slowly in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
What is the shipping policy for perishable items?
We use insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to ensure your order stays at the correct temperature during transit. We offer expedited shipping to minimize time on the road.
Are your products suitable for those with soy or gluten allergies?
Our current recipes contain soy and wheat protein (gluten). Please refer to the full ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We strive for sustainability. Most of our outer cardboard packaging is recyclable, and we are constantly working to improve the eco-friendliness of our vacuum-sealed liners.
